Yes, we provide farm calls within a 30-mile radius of our clinic located at 3497 Route 71, Marseilles, IL 61341. When possible, we encourage clients to haul animals to our facility, where procedures can be performed in a safer, more controlled environment that benefits both the animals and everyone involved.

For cattle and livestock work, we generally request that smaller groups (less than a trailer load) be hauled to the clinic. Farm calls are available for herd work when appropriate safe animal handling facilities are in place. If you have multiple trailer loads and would like to take advantage of our cattle handling facility, we have holding pens and easy unloading to accommodate dropping off trailer loads of cattle.

We do provide after hours emergencies to established clients in good standing. We cannot guarantee that we will be available 24-7 for every emergency, but we try our best to be available when you need us.

If you do need us during an emergency, call us on our main line at 815-240-5600 and you will be directed to our emergency line. We do not monitor texts after hours - so if it is an emergency, it's always best to call.

We accept credit and debit cards, cash, and checks. Payment is due at the time of service unless a business credit account has been established with our office. For convenience, credit card payments can be made through our online client portal, where you can also access receipts and invoices.

Yes. A valid Veterinary–Client–Patient Relationship (VCPR) is legally required to prescribe medications, meaning we must have examined your animal(s) within the past year. Orders may be placed by phone, text, or email, and payment can be completed through our online client portal or at pickup. Medications may be picked up during regular business hours, with after-hours pickup available through our designated pickup room.

Yes. We provide hoof trimming services for all livestock species except horses. For cattle, we use a hydraulic tilt-table chute to allow safe, thorough, and efficient trimming. For equine patients, we are happy to provide trusted farrier recommendations as needed.

Yes, we offer hospitalization for horses and most livestock species. We have indoor medical stalls for cases that require intensive care and frequent monitoring, such as sick or dehydrated neonates or horses with severe colic.

We also offer medical boarding for situations where it is more practical or convenient for our team to manage treatment. This includes cases requiring frequent bandage changes for wounds or lacerations, administration of medications multiple times per day (such as intensive eye treatments), or close monitoring during recovery.

Yes, we do offer boarding services for horses and most livestock species. When you are traveling or otherwise unavailable, this is a great option for animals that may need a higher level of daily care or for added peace of mind—knowing your animals are being cared for and monitored by a veterinary team.
